Charging me different price from the price stated on the menu and literally standing there saying... Yeahh our prices changed and I guess waiting for me to be like.. Ok nevermind. Um no. Bad business. Not too sure who the owners are now but it's definitely not of the same caliber of Marshall's. Truth "dolls" look out of shape and cheap. Dirty white table clothes drape over the cheap tables. 9. 00 drinks served in plastic cups. I get better service when I go to Dudley's. Just blah. Takes less than 5 minutes to update prices on your paper menu in a plastic sleeve that's basically crumpled up. Walk in and immediately smells of seafood. That means it is NOT FRESH. Unimpressed.

My husband asked for a $10 shot of Johnny Walker Black Scotch. That shot barely covered the bottom of the plastic cup!! Most bars are a little more generous when you purchase a $10 shot over a $5 shot. Anyway, the manager breezed by asking each table how was everything. Normally, I would say fine (even if it's not) and move on. Well, my husband let her know that shot was not a normal shot. She got defensive and said loudly, "It's a 1oz. shot! That's what WE use to measure our shots!" He said, "That's fine. It's just bad for business." Also, our waitress gave us the wrong order of wings. That wasn't the problem because she came back with another batch and saying, "here are yours." The problem is when another Waitress came over asking questions about my order, my food, my wings, as though this problem was that big of a deal it was going to shut the whole business down for the night. She had no business in my face and I'm trying to enjoy my night out. That should have been handled in the back. Did she want them back to give to the correct customer after I've started eating??!! The "TRUTH" is it's never that serious to offend paying customers over foolishness. We spend very well when we go out and tip well, too. My husband and I both own our own businesses so we definitely understand how business works, so the complaint is coming from real talk. Needless to say, we won't be returning. I have never been to Sudos. I may have to try them out though.

If I could rate this company a zero they would have several. My son works here in the kitchen where every other Saturday is his pay day. This Saturday he did not get paid and the owner Mike told him to see him Sunday. Wouldn't you know he didn't show up and had another manager tell him he could leave early and he would have his money on Monday. Well on Monday he wouldn't provide the courtesy of a phone call but a text to say the payroll company has to cut him a check which he will pick up Tuesday and to call him after 3. Today is Thursday and he has not responded to any texts or phone calls which leads me to believe you obviously lied and don't have his money and too much of a coward to return a phone call, not to mention his first two payrolls were paid in cash which also means you are not paying any taxes and now want to go through a payroll company. I spoke to 2 other managers who couldn't verify his hourly rate so basically you are just paying him what you want to pay him off the books. How could a person get paid the same amount of money for one week as they do for two weeks worth of pay. Again some unethical behavior. Well now I am in the process of taking legal action against the owner as well as the company. I would not recommend anyone to do business with the owner or his company. The owner is definitely not ready to run a business effectively.

Very slow service for mediocre food. Probably won't return.

Our experience here started out great. The music fun and lots of dancing. There's a very friendly atmosphere. The server was great. The food was decently priced for the amount of food we were given. Or so we thought. After we asked for our check our server disappeared. We waited for about 15 minutes for our server to come back and in that time we took a better look at our check and noticed they charged us $3 more than what the menu stated for one of our items. Once we finally got our server back we brought it up to him and all he said was "oh yeah it's a misprint in the menu." I'm not sure how that's a good excuse to charge people more. So we ask for the manager and the server comes back to tell us there's nothing they can do. We tell him we would really like to speak with the manager and our server leaves again. He comes back and tells us the manager is in a meeting. We repeat this cycle about 3 more times. We waited 40+ mins and the manager never showed. I'm convinced the server never went to the manager, we felt lied to, and we were ripped off. We will not be returning to this establishment.
