Had a flat on a ride and walked into the shop to borrow a pump. The staff went above and beyond and even let me use the bike stand to swap my tube out. Great people for sure!

1 star is not good enough, half a star would do it justice. .... Today I walked into C-town bike really excited about getting a new bicycle. I was not greeted nor did anyone ask if I needed any assistance. I stood in line for a moment and patiently waited. I stepped out of line to look around, just to see if the bike I found on their website was visible. I circled around the bikes and saw that the line died down. I walked to the help desk and the gentleman that was standing there was fidgeting with a receipt to put into a job ticket envelope. He looked me up and down then turned away. Again no ma'am I will be right with you or anything. I will say this my experience at C-town bikes was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
