They never answer the phone. Was charged erroneously, and it is taking forever to get resolution. The agents need an empathy training class. Customer service should be priority #1.
The car stink and the outside dirty as hell
This place looks sketchy upon arrival. They have a very limited selection probably due to the fact that they're operating out of an old house with a small yard. The customer service here is okay... Not great. When I received my rental car (that was the last car available) the fender was very visibly damaged and the rep was going to just overlook it during the walk around. If I had been paying for this I would never go through this Hertz. If you're given an option, don't choose this place.
