First time customer and the service was excellent. Very clean facility and high tech equipment. Recommend to any person looking for a professional dentist.
My kids had their first actual dentist visit today and the staff and Dr. Gulati were very nice and friendly. They did an awesome job with both of my kids and I was very worried because both of my kids are very strong willed and both are currently sick. It went smoothly and they were incredible with my kids. Even though they are almost 40 minutes from where we live we will definitely be going back. My kids are still talking about the fun they had at the dentist today. Thank you so much!!!

Their service is Awful. I called and was on hold for 22min and 6 seconds and they never apologized for having me to wait so long or explained why and so I made an appointment for my son to have 2 extractions and two days before it was to happen they called and gave me some made up excuse as to why they couldn't do it and keep in mind he had his appointment for over a month. A lady there told me she would call me back in 30 min and I never ever heard from her. Don't waste your time with this group they do not have any customer service skills at all.
Make sure to contact your insurance before and after the service. I paid my out of pocket charges in full before leaving the office on the day of my appointment, only to get a $700 bill from my insurance because of services that they charged that was not covered. For example, they charged for 3 X-rays so the insurance only paid for 1. They charged for a oral hygiene lesson, when the Doc. say to brush up and down and demonstrated on that big set of dentures on the room. Yes, they charge a fee for that. Never again!
