DO NOT waste your time or money at this location. Sent my wife & friend to have a massage and they was very unpleasant with service. Customer service is absolutely horrible. HIGH recommend NEVER to have my wife & friends step foot in to La Ritz Spa & Salon. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with customer service. After this un-relaxed experience, I strongly advised to book some where else. Where employee not engaging in pick up a married women.
I had an amazing first experience. I received a hot stone massage. The staff was friendly and the shop was very clean. My masseuse Brittany was wonderful she explained everything before the session. Can’t wait to go back! :)
Had a great massage and after a small upcharge we even got an extra 30 minutes for the hot stone add on. Will be back.
My second time here and everything was great again. The staff are all friendly and the service is excellent. I will definitely come back again.
Maybe one of the worst places to go for any service the massage was ok *definitely not worth it* and basically when I got the massage I had also booked a pedicure that had to be rescheduled due the nail tech having family emergency ... I came back almost two week later which was fine until I ran into traffic (if you live in Atlanta you now there is traffic no matter the time)!.. So I called about my appt to let them know there was an accident and I’d be late they explained on that phone that it was fine. When I get there the nail tech express that I’m late and that it will have to be a “express pedicure” whatever that means! So basically she cut all my toe nails uneven barely able to hold or grab anything with 6in nails she had on...needless to say I’ll never come back waste of money and time I’d rather spend my money some place to receive the service I purchased!
