The owner lack customer service skills, and does not care to make his customers happy.
I wish I could give no stars.i was billed for next day service,and when I went to pick up 11 shirts 9 were not clean. They stated they would reduce them but still wanted to leave the upcharge for next day?
My experience was horrible. The owner does not stand behind his work. They ruined a brand new suit,by cutting pants too short and not putting cuff in them. He said he was not going to replace suit,Moron,take me the court. Warn you,dont go here

The shirts were supposed to be heavy starch they had none at all. They said in the past to me that some shirts don't take starch well.
Never had any issues with dry cleaning. Service is always great. Slightly higher prices than some of the competition but OK given reliability. Often have coupons available in local publications also. You'll get it done right so that's value in and of itself.
