Typically service and food are better. Messed up my Hashbrowns order 3 times and finally when they came thru were greasy and mushy. Not happy this time.
The manager "Jay" at this location does not need to work in management. He humiliated an employee in front of 20+ customers by yelling at him like a child. He could have handled the situation differently and pulled the employee to the side or waited until the customers cleared out. When somebody stood up for the poor kid and told the manager not to speak to him like that he stated, yes I can. I will NEVER return to this location. I would rather give my business to another establishment where the employees are not publicly shamed. Other customers felt the same way and actually thanked the guy who stood up for the employee although he could have gone about it another way and not used profanity when expressing how he felt about the situation. I will say though most of the employees that were on shift were very friendly with the exception of the "manager" and one other cook.
I will always love my waffle (That's what my kids call it). 24 hours of breakfast. This last time it was a little burnt and overcooked but it was still good.
Inexpensive breakfast, usually good service, not a long wait for your order. I like it well enough to go about twice a week.
The manager is great! I always order a fresh Pizza (no extra cost). When I get it, it's great! Sometimes they forget to give me my order, LOL! Great inexpensive meal with the text coupons!
