The store is always clean and stocked nicely. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I normally like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and not leave a negative review just from one bad experience. After two bad experiences I must leave a review.
I ordered my daughter's cake for her 1st birthday online more than 24 hours before I needed it. I went to the bakery excited to pick up her main cake and her smash cake only to be told they did not make the cake. I was NOT offered an explanation as to why this had happened. I was very upset to say the least. Picking another cake from the freezer was not an option because they are frozen solid and we needed the cake for her birthday dinner that same evening. I had to settle for 2 hideously decorated cakes to compensate for their error. I will NEVER go to this Publix again for any special ordering of any kind.
Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, who works here is polite, nice, helpful, and just plain happy. I've shopped here for 6+ years and maybe had a bad cashier once, maybe.
Always great to shop here, but lately they have been reminding me of Walmart by only having one or two lanes open. Have more lanes open especially on weekends and get five stars.
Every time I visit, they always greet me and treat me great. I've been in a lot of Publix and I find this one has the friendliest ones around.
